Michael and his team did an incredible job making me, my mother, and my bridesmaids feel beautiful on the big day. He was responsive and supportive throughout the entire process, and his beauty guides and timelines made it so easy to stay on track in the months leading up to the wedding. If you're looking for that “me, but better” look, I’d recommend Michael and his team any day!

Michael was an absolute magician. We booked him for our corporate photoshoot; he took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for our look, and he had the skills to pull it off. He was also a complete professional and fit in seamlessly with the vibe of our “getting ready” morning. Michael will definitely be my first call the next time I need hair and makeup services!

Michael is the best of the best! Michael took his time to get to know me and he genuinely understood my wedding vision. He made me feel very seen, heard, and supported throughout the whole process. I felt so calm and excited going into the big day knowing he was on my beauty team. When the big day arrived, Michael and his team provided hair and makeup for the entire bridal party. Everyone looks and felt so gorgeous!! But the moment that stands out the most to me was when he handed me the mirror to take my "first look" at myself - I had never looked so beautiful in my whole life. I took my breath away - how many times in your life can you say that?? My look stayed put all night - Michael had prepared a touch up kit for me - but I didn't even use it. At 2am after dancing and celebrating all night long, I looked perfection! I would recommend Michael highly to anyone looking for 5-star glam!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Michael and his team of stylists and artists for my wedding back in May! Michael unfortunately couldn’t be there because I had to change dates but he was still able to accommodate me for my new date and paired me up with Karla as my bridal stylist. Karla was lovely to work with - easygoing, funny, meticulous and adaptable. I experienced this with my trial run and most importantly, on the day of! After my trial, I was honest and upfront about what I liked and what I wanted to be changed for hair and makeup. Karla and Michael were super accommodating and Michael was very flexible with my requests and answered all of my questions promptly. He also prepared us so well with instructions on how to care for skin and hair leading up to the wedding - so thorough and professional! His team on the day of was awesome - Anastasiya, Gaenor (special shoutout as she was just so sweet!), Elena and Karla. Everyone was so lovely and all of the ladies that got their hair and/or makeup done had such positive experiences, which I am so grateful for - we all felt beautiful 💕🌟 Would HIGHLY recommend Michael Fels Beauty for hair and makeup - you will be in great hands 🫶🏼 Will always remember our positive experience for my special day. I hate to ruin a perfect record with a mixed review! Overall I had a great experience except for a couple of details. Michael was fantastic to deal with -- friendly, responsive, professional, and a good communicator, who offered great advice. Also Karla, our hair artist was phenomenal -- she did a FANTASTIC job on all of our hair, as did Anastasiia, our other hair stylist, who was also the makeup artist. The only thing was my maid of honour really didn't like her makeup (she was jealously eyeing the makeup job of the bridesmaids that went to Sephora). I wasn't too keen on mine either, but it was a risk I took as I opted not to do a trial -- I just booked extra time on the day of. I understand makeup style is a matter of taste -- it's just hard when time is limited (e.g., for my maid of honour) and it's too late to fix it, all you can offer is a sample photo, which she did. The thing that I was not so keen on was that the makeup artist both came a little late and left a little early. The end of our session was scheduled for touch ups, but the makeup artist left before the time was up. This was really unfortunate because my makeup did need to be touched up (I think the mascara on the fake lashes was creating a dark spot under my eyes?). Karla did her best to help me, but she didn't have any of the makeup equipment since she was exclusively doing hair. I was disappointed by this, but am grateful for the parts that did go well.

Micheal made me feel confident and beautiful, and the makeup lasted all day without a single touch-up. I highly recommend him for any special occasion, you won't regret it.

Michael did my wife and I's make up and hair for an event! We were both so happy with how we looked and felt. Michael was amazing at asking questions and figuring out how to make our inspiration photos/ideas come to life. He was a pleasure to spend time with and we felt so pampered. We will definitely work with him again!

Michael is truly a gem of a makeup artist. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him for countless of my clients boudoir photography sessions, and he never fails to make everyone look and feel absolutely amazing. His energy is so fun to be around—it’s like getting ready with your most talented (and hilarious) friend. Michael also did my makeup for my wedding, and I couldn’t have felt more beautiful. Hands down, booking Michael and his team for my wedding back in September 2024 was one of the best decisions I ever made (next to saying "I do")! From the very start, Michael was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented with his initial consultation call. He took the time to understand my MUAH needs, walk me through what to expect, and provide wonderful guidance to allow me to look and feel my best on the big day. As someone that doesn't usually wear a lot of makeup, I also appreciated that he was able to find a great balance and perfect the "me, but better" look. 😊 Not only that, he ensured that my MUAH worked for both of my dresses, which was not an easy feat. Above all else, him and his team made the process so fun. They were so easy to talk to and connect with, while still being able to get MUAH done for my whole bridal party under a tight timeline. We were a bit disheveled from all the fun (and me from +++ happy tears) but the make up and hair completely held up!! 😌

It was such a pleasure working with Michael! We worked together for a large scale conference, where we needed quick make-up touch-ups for our extensive list of onstage presenters.
